Ware To Do Business, the friendliest Hertfordshire business networking group, met on March 11 to learn about the ‘Secrets of Sleep’ from Abi Anson of Anson Cognitive Hypnotherapy.

From a good night’s rest to an afternoon nap, Abi gave an engaging and informative talk on all aspects of sleep, exploring the myths and scientific facts. As always, there was plenty of opportunity to chat and network over breakfast at The Feathers Inn, a charming village pub in Wadesmill, just outside Ware, Hertfordshire.
